Balancing Work and Family PDF
Released on February 26, 2007 by the California Senate Office of Research, the Balancing Work and Family report examines the utilization of California’s ground-breaking Paid Family Leave law.  The report shows that workers at all earning levels (except those part-time and intermittent workers earning less than $12,000 per year) received benefits in proportion to their representation in the workforce. However, there were gaps in use of the benefit program by certain groups.
